This is a surprisingly difficult little collection disc to obtain these days for any region it was released!
This particular variant is the Region 3 release for Asian markets.
It features 4 game demos, Motorstorm 2, Pain, Star Strike HD and WipEout HD. Designed to show off the, at the time, new 3D functionality of the top of the line TV’s.

This is one of the very few examples you’ll find of WipEout HD being released on physical media and not packaged with Fury!
