Information:
This is issue 87 of Joypad magazine, released in June 1999. Whilst showing off a bold and fast WipEout cover with little text to interrupt it, this decently sized mag only contains a few pages on the game itself!
That said, there are screenshots a plenty, and really high quality ones to boot, so whilst it lacks a bit in the text, it certainly showcases what the game looks like well.
