Acceptable. Whilst not torn or crushed, it has sadly suffered from extreme sun bleaching to one side and edge, and has unsurprisingly taken a knock and bump here and there.

Information:
Truth be told, I still don’t know what to call this, but I’ll let the images do the talking.
It’s a promotional empty cardboard display box of reasonable size to advertise WipEout 2097. This would have originally been in stores, likely as a part of a window display.
Before myself, this was purchased from a Designers Republic “Car Booty” event as one of a pair. With the bad sun bleaching to one side of this one, the other (better condition) remains with the individual I obtained this from!
