This is a “Saturn Silver” release of WipEout 2097 for Sega Saturn. Saturn Silver discs are promotional versions of the retail release of the game.
Given the nature of these discs being totally unalbelled, they were often written on to help identify them. This one has seen that treatment with a CD pen/Sharpie marking indicating what it is.
