The outer sleeve is showing significant signs of age with many scuffs and marks including the ballpoint pen imprint of a hand written price label in the top right.

Information:
This is the Limited Edition release of WipEout Fusion on Playstation 2.
The game is housed in a black PS2 case with standard retail artwork/covers, however, it is then house in a cardboad slip case with a lenticular graphic attatched to the front. A real eye catcher and surprisingly difficult to obtain for a sensible price nowadays.
The lenticular cardboard sleeve is also shared with the Press Kit for Fusion.
