Very little signs of wear overall and no mailing label as many of these seem to have. Has suffered a light fold to one corner of the front cover however.

This is issue 20, Volume 3 of the American PSM magazine, release in April 1999.
Featuring a custom front cover artwork by artist Adam Warren that I’ve not come across elsewhere. Certainly striking! (With that alternate colours version seen within the pages)
Inside this magazine is a really nice coverage of Wip3out with a developer interview. It’s clear that care was spent in compiling a collection of prototype artworks and other early imagery for this segment.
